11/00 - present:
Graphic Artist/Pre-Production Specialist, WWBT Channel 12, Richmond Va: Lead artist for weekend broadcasts. Created pre-produced graphics for live news broadcasts, including animated Curious maps, moving typography and still graphics in Deko, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Created templates in these graphics programs for repeat use by non-artists. Trained new users to operate Deko, Photoshop, and Curious Maps. Animated franchise bumps and created over-the-shoulder graphics. Created and edited video billboards using corporate logos. Facilitated communication and work flow between art department and news broadcast crew. Edited topical promotional spots, operated manual and robotic cameras, audio operator, floor director and tape operator..
2/00 - 11/00:
Chyron Operator, WTVR Channel 6, Richmond Va: Responsible for generating on-air computer graphics during live television broadcasts.  Created and implemented new system for reducing workload on artists and facilitating graphics use for news producers.  Helped implement new graphics into broadcast-ready standards.  Also: camera operator, audio operator, pre-production.
